I don’t think I ever shared a picture of my award (from 2007 – lol). I won the Erotic Website of the Year 2007, from erotic-awards.co.uk.
Anyway 3 years late, but heres the pic (I’ve been busy…)
Those of you who were on the internet last century will most probably remember Yahoo! Geocities (for those of you that weren’t it was like a predecessor to MySpace, you could get some free web space and put up your our website in different virtual communities).
I started my website on Geocities! Loads of people did, it was a big part of the early internet.
Well Yahoo! in their wisdom decided to delete the entire thing, wiping a massive chunk of the early internet out – for good – or so we thought! Some people have got together to revive Geocities as Reocities.com (just one letter different r not g). They are using resources like archive.org to re-build the content. I found the last version of my site that was on there reocities.com/skinmarvin.
I’m going to have a look through and see if I can dig out some of the more classic, timeless, historic, gay content from there to re-link to!
There isn’t long left until GeoCities finally closes it doors for good…
It will be a great shame, and a massive loss of social history, for the whole internet when all those GeoCities sites are gone; Loads of ‘interesting, ’subversive’ and ‘alternative’ people had great little sites on GeoCities, even I started my site on there over eight years ago now…
On a serious note, I will have to go through the site and purge all the GeoCities links from the content, there will be a lot of story and gallery links gone after October 26, 2009… 
I was browsing around the .net today, looking myself up, like a bit of a sad-lad and found out that, according to Alexa.com (the web information company), I’m one of the top Gay website’s in the entire world!

It’s taken a few days, but I have finally rolled back the website from Wordpress 2.7. Not sure I’ll be updating to that again soon… If I do I’ll have to test it out on another domain first!…
