What You Looking At?

What bits of the site are you lot looking at!…
You may have noticed that there are more little counters around the site. Well I’m looking at you, looking at me… Or at least, which bits of the site you lot are looking at anyway! I’ll be doing a few daily averages to see whats popular and whats not, should help me decide which bits of the site to push forward and maybe re-arrange the menus a bit.

Figures represent average daily hits from a 21 day period from 2nd March – 22nd March 2008. The figures look like a disaster! Hits to the site down by about 40%… A bit odd though, even though I haven’t done one of these charts for over a year, I have slowly been watching the hit to the site fall and fall. However my Alexa.com and Ranking.com ranks have continued to rise. A year ago the Ranking.com rank for the site was about 500,000 now it’s under 250,000 and similar figures on Alexa.com too with my ranking up 60,000 in the last months to about 215,000. So how can I have less hits, but be better ranked? There must be more competition out there, you guys must be spending your time surfing other sites, spreading the hits out more thinly. So what does the future hold for SkinMarvin.com? Well I’ll have to come-up with some good idea’s to get you guys back to the site more often, again… [Thinking...] |
